The People Who Sign Your Corporate Coaching Contract Are in Vegas Next Week. Here's What's Being Pitched to Them.
A pre-show product list published Tuesday shows four vendors heading to HR Tech 2026 with offers aimed straight at the corporate coaching line item.

Four words are going to cost somebody a renewal this quarter: "without adding headcount."
That phrase appears in the official pre-show product roundup for HR Tech 2026, published October 13, describing what AI career coaching platform Blomma will launch in Las Vegas. Blomma, at Booth SU60, is launching Blomma for Teams, which gives every employee and manager self-serve coaching for hard conversations, feedback, performance and onboarding, grounded in the company's own values, frameworks and competencies, so HR can scale support and team performance without adding headcount.
Read that sentence again as a buyer would. Every employee. Hard conversations. Feedback. Performance. Your company's own frameworks. That is a list of the things a retained corporate coach gets hired to do, sold as software.
The show runs October 20–22 at Mandalay Bay in Las Vegas. It draws more than 7,200 HR and people-team leaders and 400-plus exhibitors — which is to say, the people who approve your invoice, in one building, being sold to for three days.
The outplacement pitch is the sharpest one
Callings.ai, at Booth 7312, is showing Outplacement 2.0: instead of limiting career transition support to a handful of executives, employers can provide AI-powered job search, networking, coaching and career transition tools to every departing employee, for the cost of a single executive outplacement package.
That is the whole competitive argument in one line. Not cheaper than you. Broader than you, at your price.
If you do career coaching, outplacement or transition work for companies, that sentence is the one to prepare an answer for, because a procurement lead who hears it will repeat it in your next pricing call.
Two more vendors are selling coaching in the moment
MIRRIM, at Booth SU68, is showing v2.0 of its IRIS Behavioral Intelligence Platform, connecting selection, onboarding, coaching, team development, 360 feedback and growth measurement within a single framework.
Real-Time Teamwork, at Booth 7416, is making its HR Tech debut using behavioral assessments to deliver personalized, in-the-moment coaching and collaboration guidance, on all browsers and devices, with Slack, Google and MS Teams integrations.
The Slack integration matters more than the assessment science. Coaching that lives inside the tool where the awkward message is being typed does not need a calendar invite, and a calendar invite is where your fee comes from.
What the money behind this looks like
Blomma isn't a side project. It launched in April 2026 with more than $5 million in seed funding led by Viviana Faga, general partner at Felicis, founded by former Pinterest and Canva executive Silvia Oviedo López and Button co-founder Siddhartha Dabral.
"Year after year, we hear from our community that this list serves as a guide to what's entering the market," said Kerry Tyler, Event Director, describing why the pre-show roundup exists.
It's a guide for the other side of the table too. The vendors above are competing on coverage: everyone, always, embedded. The counter-argument available to a human coach is the one thing none of those booths can demo — a named person a CFO can hold accountable for an outcome. Have it written down before Q1 budget conversations, not after.

Editor’s note: Four vendors publicly announced coaching products aimed at the exact budget our readers invoice against, one week before the buyers gather. That's a money story, not a tech story.
